Our Mission

People often ask why I decided to build Swiftacare. The answer is simple. After years working in child welfare, schools, mental health, and community services, I experienced the same challenge over and over again: the people delivering care were being held back by disconnected systems.

Long before founding Support & Growth in 2018, I experienced these same challenges every day as a school social worker and while working across child welfare, mental health, and community services. When we launched Support & Growth, those same operational barriers followed us.

We believed there had to be a better way.

That belief became Swiftacare.

Today, every feature we build is shaped by practitioners and refined by the organizations we serve. Our goal has never been to simply build software. It’s to help organizations work more efficiently, collaborate more effectively, and ultimately improve the care they deliver.
