Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Michael Assiamah is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Swiftacare. A Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and entrepreneur, Michael founded Support & Growth after years of working across schools and community organizations. While continuing to grow Support & Growth and leading mental health programming within an Ontario school board, he led the development of Swiftacare to help organizations deliver more connected, efficient, and coordinated care.
Anthony Klah
Vice President, Technical Architecture
Anthony Klah is the Vice President of Technical Architecture at Swiftacare. With more than 20 years of experience designing enterprise technology solutions, Anthony has led digital transformation initiatives across government, international development, financial services, and healthcare. He leads Swiftacare's technical architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security strategy, ensuring the platform is built to scale securely, reliably, and with the highest standards of security.
Perry Kankam
Lead Software Engineer
Perry Kankam is the Lead Software Engineer at Swiftacare. With nearly a decade of experience building enterprise software, Perry has developed secure and scalable applications across healthcare, cybersecurity, financial services, and public sector technology. He leads the engineering team responsible for building reliable, high-performance software that helps organizations coordinate care with confidence.

Vice President, Business Operations
Danielle Lynch is the Vice President of Business Operations at Swiftacare. With more than a decade of experience leading operations, client services, and organizational growth, Danielle oversees business operations, customer implementation, and client success. She works closely with organizations throughout their implementation journey, helping them successfully adopt Swiftacare and improve the way they deliver services.
